Prescription refills may be requested by leaving a voice mail message at any time. Messages are retrieved Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM and will be addressed within two business days. You should call your pharmacy directly to check if your refill is ready.

After dialing the phone number for your doctor’s location and reaching Riverside Medical Group’s main greeting press option 3 to reach the Prescription Request line.

We utilize an automated prescription refill message line. When you call to request a refill you will be directed to an automated attendant which will prompt you to provide information for the following 6 items. Please have all information readily available when you call.

  1. State and spell your name then state your doctor’s name
  2. Date of birth
  3. Daytime telephone number
  4. Pharmacy name and location
  5. Pharmacy phone number
  6. Name of one or more of your medications and the dosage, directions and quantity of each medication.
